Michael Sultan and Carolyn Nguyen are the culinary team behind 33rd Street Hospitality and they take the menus for their mobile trucks very seriously. Instead of resting on the popularity of past dishes the team strives to bring new dishes to the trucks seasonally. Bringing experience from their catering business, as well as from the newly opened Revolution Taco, 33rd Street's trucks want to have a fresh, seasonal, and evolving menu that challenges the kitchen team and offers a variety to customers.
